Vor allem f\u00fcr Fortgeschrittene geeignet.<\/div>\n<div>\u00a0<\/div>\n<div><b>Yin Yoga<br \/> <\/b>60-90 Minuten: die ruhige und sanfte Yogapraxis, in der wir weniger unsere Muskelkraft einsetzen, sondern vor allem B\u00e4nder, Sehnen dehnen sowie unsere Faszien bearbeiten. Wir halten im Sitzen und Liegen die Asanas 3 bis zu 10 Minuten. Vor allem\u00a0bei R\u00fcckenleiden ist Yin Yoga eine sehr erfolgreiche Yogapraxis. F\u00fcr Anf\u00e4nger sowie Fortgeschrittene geeignet.<\/div>\n<div>\u00a0<\/div>\n<div><b>personal Yoga<br \/> <\/b>60 Minuten: Einzelunterricht, f\u00fcr alle die nicht in der Gruppe Yoga praktizieren m\u00f6chten und trotzdem nicht auf eine erfahrene Yogalehrerin verzichten m\u00f6chten, die sie in ihrer Praxis anleitet.
